Using with Volume Cream - there are two approaches and both work well:

Gel-first method: Apply Strength Gel first over the full face and neck, then apply Volume Cream on top over hollow areas, leave ten minutes, then rub the remainder across the whole face. This is Adipeau's own recommended priming approach - the gel helps prepare the fat cells first, which can help the cream absorb and work faster.

Cream-first method: Apply Volume Cream first as a spot treatment to hollow areas, leave ten minutes and rub in, then apply Strength Gel over the full face and neck.

Or: simply use Strength Gel in the morning and Volume Cream at night - equally effective and easy to stay consistent with.
