Let’s book your consultation or treatment

Here’s a quick overview of our booking & cancellation policy:

• If this is your first time, please book a consultation. The $50 consult fee covers your comprehensive treatment plan and a post-care cooling pack given at your first treatment.

• All treatment appointments require a deposit at the time of booking, most deposits are $200. All pre-pay deals require full payment at the time of booking.

• You can reschedule or cancel your booking with a minimum of 48 hours notice and be refunded. 48 hours gives us time to fill your spot.

• When appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 48hrs notice, the paid deposit becomes non-refundable.

• We will send you a email reminder 72 hrs before, and a text reminder 24 hrs before your appointment if you provide your information.
